Jack Gibbons applies his propensity for three-dimensional thinking to this new body of paintings. Seen as both chaotic and precise, textured layers of under-painting and topical rich color mark these conceptual works.

Jack Gibbons is an alumnus of the Philadelphia Academy of the Fine Arts in sculpture. His creative work ranges from sculpture, painting, to photography.

Notably, Gibbons collaborates with creative partners and foundries to combine new technology with old-world craftsmanship. Projects involve active modeling, enlarging, mold and pattern making, metalworking, and finishing with both paint and patina. Sculpture conservation, restoration, art moving, and installations round out his extensive experience as a fabricator and installation technician.

His works are purchased for private collections and viewed upon request.
