Milliner Dina Pisani opened Cha-Cha’s House of Ill Repute design studio in 2001. Based out of Brooklyn New York, Cha-Cha’s is an evolving celebration of hats from the 1920’s & 1930’s. Pisani’s aesthetic offers a “blend of vintage and modern design elements combined with unexpected and/or contrasting details”. Her design studio employs traditional design/fabrication techniques, sculpting each topper by hand with wooden blocks. True to inspiration, vintage trimmings finish off the many unique styles to create a custom-made hat at a retail price.
Since 2007 Sugarcube® offers these high quality felt and straw hats to you, showcasing genuine leather and suede, exotic feathers and the finest ribbons.
