Hosted at CITYSPACE, a historical 3-story mansion built and designed by the masterminds behind City Hall and the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Philly Homegrown is Yelp Philadelphia’s annual Open Event. On March 20th Homegrown Philly was not only an opportunity to have a great night, but become familiar with local businesses that are trying to create a better way of a life and a smaller environmental footprint.

At Philly Homegrown, guests enjoyed nibbles from invited organic eateries including Supper, National Mechanics, Elevation Burger, Terra, The Pita Pit, and Fuel, as well as sustainable sips from The Franklin Mortgage and Investment Co, ROOT Liquor, Square One Organic Vodka, Canadian Club – and many many more. But why stop at the usual cocktail fare? Guests also interacted with retail Installations and workshops from Sugarcube®, TrickGo, Square Peg Artery and Salvage,  and Art in the Age of Mechanical Reproduction. They also pampered themselves with beauty treatments from Plume to Tierra Mia Organic Nail Spa. A great night supporting local businesses for over 450 Yelpers!
