These cardigans came originally from the Cowichan tribe around Vancouver, but because of their warmth and sturdiness they became a cult uniform of the new generation of the 1950’s. Motifs were either traditionally inspired or figurative, often sporting cowboys or bull heads.

Each one made by hand, this is one of very limited production. Look after it and it will last many years – and only cold wash it by hand to protect the lanolin oil within the wool.
