Clothing is tax free in Pennsylvania but accessories like jewelry and bags are taxed at 8 percent. Out-of-State orders are always tax free.
Returns
Sugarcube® offers you the option of returning your product for exchange or store credit.
In-store purchases have a 14 day return policy, no exceptions. Please know our credit-card and handwritten receipts note purchase dates. If you choose to return your package by mail you must request a Return Authorization via email within 14 days of purchase. Once you receive your dated Return Authorization email from Sugarcube you have 3 days to have your package postmarked. Discounted items, jewelry, undergarments and fragrances are final sale. On-line purchases have a 7 day return policy, no exceptions. Please know our credit-card and handwritten receipts note purchase dates. You must request a Return Authorization via email from Sugarcube within 7 days of purchase. Once you receive your dated Return Authorization email from Sugarcube you have 3 days to have your package postmarked. Discounted items, jewelry, undergarments and fragrances are final sale. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the time of issue, no exceptions. Please know our credit-card and handwritten receipts note purchase dates. Items given notably as gifts are eligible for a reasonable exchange or store credit extension, handled on a limited case-by-case basis. Discounted items, jewelry, undergarments and fragrances are final sale.
Returned products must be in their original condition with tags still attached. Damaged, worn, tailored, washed or otherwise used items are not eligible for exchange or credit. If you would like to exchange a product (providing product availability) Sugarcube® will ship the replacement at no shipping charge to you. Please e-mail customer service to reserve your request. Our free shipping offer applies to 1 (one) return per transaction. Sugarcube® does not offer free shipping on international orders.
Please carefully pack and seal your return item. Clearly mark your RA Number on the package. Be sure to include the Return Authorization Form and a copy of your receipts (credit-card printout and corresponding handwritten version). Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. For your security, please return your package with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS) and retain your shipping receipt. Sugarcube® is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
SPECIAL NOTE: Packages without a clearly marked Return Authorization Number specifically issued by Sugarcube® will be refused and returned unopened.
How to return your item:
1. Contact Customer Service via email for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION PDF.
2. Hand deliver your package or send with completed RA, a copy of your product receipts (credit-card and handwritten), and noted RA Number on the outside of the package to:
